How LivenBit S.r.l.s. handles the personal data collected through this site, under articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Last updated: September 2026
Data controller
The data controller is LivenBit S.r.l.s., registered office at Via Donizetti 27, 31046 Oderzo (TV), Italy.
Tax code and VAT number 05640040266, entered in the Companies Register of Treviso - Belluno, REA number TV-461500.
For anything concerning the handling of your data, write to info@livenbit.com or, by certified mail, to livenbit@pec.livenbit.it.
No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, as none of the conditions in article 37 of the Regulation apply.
What we collect
From the contact form: your name, email address, company name if you give one, and the text of your message. Those are the only fields we ask for, and nothing beyond them is recorded.
If you write by email or certified mail: the sender address and the content of the message.
The servers hosting the site record IP address, browser type and requested pages in technical logs. Those serve to deliver the site, diagnose faults and detect abuse.
The site runs no analytics, does not profile visitors and sets no third-party cookies. What is stored on your device is listed in the Cookie Policy.
Purposes and legal basis
Answering what you send through the form, by email or by certified mail, and working out together whether there is a job to do: the legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request, article 6.1.b of the Regulation.
Keeping the site working and protected from abuse: the controller's legitimate interest, article 6.1.f.
Meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations once a contact turns into a contract: article 6.1.c.
The fields marked as required on the form are needed in order to reply: without them the request cannot be answered. Everything else is optional.
Recipients and processors
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, United States), which acts as a data processor and also receives the messages sent through the contact form.
Transfers to the United States rest on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission in decision 2021/914, together with the further contractual guarantees given by the provider.
Our email provider and, where needed, the company's accountants and lawyers may access the data, each within the limits of their engagement and bound to confidentiality.
Data is not published, not sold, and not passed to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for as long as it takes to deal with them and, after that, for at most twenty-four months, unless the contact turns into a contract.
Where there is a contract, data is kept for the life of the relationship and for the ten years afterwards required by Italian civil and tax law.
Server logs are kept only for as long as security and diagnostics require.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for processing to be restricted, and for portability; and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. These are the rights in articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation.
Send requests to info@livenbit.com. We answer without undue delay and in any case within one month of receiving them.
If you believe the processing breaches the rules you can lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, www.garanteprivacy.it, or with the authority of the country where you live.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection only. Access to messages received is limited to the people who have to handle them.
No measure is proof against everything: should a personal data breach carry a high risk to your rights, you will be told under article 34 of the Regulation.
