Who we are
LivenBit builds the tool that holds it all together. We look at how you work now, design what you actually need and build it end to end: the part people use, the part that holds the data, the connections to the software you already run, the launch and the maintenance over the years that follow.
What we build
These are the ones we are asked for most, in a three-person shop as much as in a plant of three hundred. The list is not closed: if your work has a shape of its own, we build that.

Manufacturing and stock
Orders, production progress and stock on a single screen, updated while people work. In place of the four spreadsheets nobody could reconcile any more.

The shop and the warehouse hold the same number. An order comes in, stock goes down, the document is issued and the shipment leaves, with nobody retyping anything anywhere.

Appointment-based services
The online diary takes the requests that arrive during the day, the voice agent takes the ones that arrive at nine in the evening. Callers speak normally, the appointment appears, the reminder goes out on its own.

iOS and Android apps
The same records as the back office, in the pocket of whoever is at a client site or in the warehouse. It works with no signal and reconciles when the line comes back, so nobody retypes in the evening what they already did that morning.

Documents and internal knowledge
Specifications, manuals, price lists and internal circulars become one thing you can ask questions of in plain language. Every answer cites the document and the page it came from, so it can be checked rather than taken on trust.

Ongoing maintenance
Software still exists the day after sign-off. Automated checks every few minutes, backups that are restored to prove they work, and updates released out of hours: we see the failures, usually before anybody notices them.

We do not replace the tools that work: we get them talking. Payments, app stores, messaging, cloud, accounting and language models hook into your software through their official interfaces. These are the services we touch most often.

Method
Four phases. The first exists to establish what has to be built and what it costs: we finish it before asking for a signature, because an estimate made blind always gets corrected upwards.
We study your processes, constraints and the people who will use the tool. The output is a document with scope, priorities and a realistic estimate, not a number pulled out of the air.
We define the architecture, the shape of the data and the interface. You see the main flows before a line of final code is written.
Frequent releases to a test environment you can always reach. The project moves forward in working pieces, not in promises.
Launch, team training, monitoring and maintenance. The software keeps evolving alongside the company.
What is included
Software does not end on the day it is handed over. These are the terms we work under on every project, written down before signing rather than treated as an extra to quote for six months later.
12 months of support included
On every project we deliver, at no extra cost.
Every project we deliver comes with twelve months of support in the price: defect fixes, security updates and the small adjustments that only show up once people are using it. It is not a separate retainer to sign.
A data processing agreement under art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the list of sub-processors, privacy notices and consent capture. If the project touches special category data, the impact assessment happens before any code is written.
Traffic always over TLS, data and backups encrypted at rest, credentials in a secrets store and never in the code. Infrastructure sits in European regions unless you ask otherwise and we record it.
Roles, permissions and a second factor on anything that touches your systems. Every access is named and recorded, and when the project closes our credentials are revoked: it is a line on the handover checklist.
Daily copies, a retention period stated in the contract, and restore drills on a separate environment. A backup nobody has ever read back is not a backup; it is a hope.
Source, credentials, infrastructure and data are your property from day one, with the documentation to pick them up. No technical or contractual lock if you decide to go elsewhere.
