LivenBit is an Italian software house that designs and develops custom digital solutions: business management software, e-commerce, booking systems and applications built on artificial intelligence.
We stay with every project after launch, with support and maintenance that keep it reliable and help it evolve over time. We work alongside small businesses and larger companies, turning concrete needs into digital tools designed to actually do the work.
Why we exist
Between generic software that costs little and solves nothing, and the custom project that costs too much and never reaches production, most companies have no middle ground.
That gap is our work. We take real business processes and turn them into tools people open every day, with timelines and costs stated up front.
We cover the whole chain: analysis, design, development, launch, hosting and support. The same counterpart when the project goes well and when something breaks.
Method

The same method for a complex management system and for a simple company website, with the right depth for each project. The aim is to find out as early as possible whether we are building the right solution, before investing time and resources.

Analysis
We meet the people who will use the software, not only the people commissioning it, because the two almost always describe different processes. We map the current flow, the constraints and the integrations needed, and produce a document with scope, priorities and an estimate.

Design
We define the architecture, the shape of the data, the interface and the main flows. You see and approve the structure before the final code is written, while changing your mind is still cheap.

Development
Short cycles with frequent releases to a test environment that is always open to you. Every release is a feature you can try with your own hands, not a percentage on a progress sheet.

Operation
Assisted launch, training for the people involved, monitoring, backups and maintenance. From there the software evolves with the company, at its pace.
